Terms and Conditions

1. Joining the Program
By filling out the above form you will automatically become a FinancialPicks.com affiliate. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise the FinancialPicks.com site and receive a commission based on services purchased by your referral individuals.

2. Revocation of Affiliate Status
Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

  • Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks)
  • Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...)
  • Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
  • Violation of intellectual property rights (copying FinancialPicks.com material not directly related to affiliate referrals)
  • Affiliates signing up under themselves for additional affiliate commissions will not be tolerated (our software tracks this info).

Any of the above infractions can lead to affiliate termination, loss of current and future earnings, as well as possible legal action. Just be professional...especially no spam, and we'll profit together.

3. Linking to FinancialPicks.com
You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by FinancialPicks.com, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in 2.

4. Affiliate Commissions
You will be paid referral fees for every FinancialPicks.com advisory service purchased via online credit card orders, phone orders and faxes. You will receive 20% of the subscription fees directly generated by your hyperlinks, plus 10% of the subscription fees generated by other affiliates you sign up, plus an additional 5% from the affiliates they sign up for as long as that customer stays a paying member. You will NOT receive affiliate commission on products bought by yourself or your company (we offer discounts...just email us).

Affiliate commissions will be paid out monthly with a minimum check value of $25. If the minimum value isn't reached in 6 months time - the check will be given for the value under $25. If the referred product was refunded or money was reimbursed, FinancialPicks.com has the right to deduct the appropriate commissions.

5. Terms of the agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when either you or FinancialPicks.com terminates your affiliate status. The terms of this agreement may be modified at any time by FinancialPicks.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate status. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

Special note: We will make a reasonable effort to stay with this original agreement. We do NOT want to simply gain referrals from you and then end the affiliate program. That does not make good business sense.

6. Liability
FinancialPicks.com will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program. FinancialPicks.com does not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or services sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of FinancialPicks.com will be error-free and will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Special note: Database files are backed up using multiple sources and locations on a daily basis.
